23. Tashigi
Tashigi is a skilled swordswoman and subordinate of Vice Admiral Smoker in the One Piece universe. Her ambition is to obtain all of the legendary swords belonging to pirates by defeating them one by one.
Despite facing personal weaknesses, Tashigi perseveres to overcome them and become stronger. As a Marine Captain, she holds the same rank as Koby.

Coby, known as “the Hero,” has been a popular character in One Piece from the beginning. Recently, it was revealed that he is a member of the secretive navy unit called SWORD, during the events of the Wano Country arc.
This revelation speaks too much about Coby’s strength, as only a select few are deemed worthy of joining this elite organization.
Being under the command of X Drake implies that Coby is a formidable fighter in his own right. Additionally, he has carved out a reputation for himself as a hero, following in the footsteps of his mentor, Garp.

When Gion questioned Garp’s seeming lack of concern for his pirate grandson, Tokikake showed no qualms about it. As a vice admiral, Tokikake possesses the authority to lead a Buster Call alongside four other vice admirals and commands lower-ranking soldiers.

known as Ryokugyu, is a newly prominent character in the Marines, holding the rank of admiral. He achieved this rank during the two-year timeskip, alongside Fujitora, filling the vacancies left by Kuzan and Sakazuki.
While Aramaki’s name was first mentioned by the notorious pirate Donquixote Doflamingo during the Dressrosa Arc, he made his official debut in the Levely Arc.
It was not until the conclusion of the Wano Country Arc that his true name and complete appearance were revealed, where he played a secondary antagonist role.
