Hey everyone, and welcome back to the BakaBuzz. Yes, you read the title right, there are anime like that which exist and today were going to be looking at some of the best anime series about student teacher relationship.

Before we start, I just wanted to point out that if you are a student in school, it is a very bad idea to try and have a relationship with your teacher or any of the staff, and depending on your age, it might even be illegal, so please don’t attempt to copy any of these anime.

Disclaimer aside, we can now get into the top 10 anime where the student main character has romantic interest or a relationship with their teacher.

10. Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan

Starting off the anime list of the best student-teacher relationship, at number 10, we have Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan. Also known by its English name, Sky Wizards Academy, this anime falls into categories like action, fantasy, drama and magic.

The main character is a skilled swordsman named Kanata, who has been tasked with teaching a magic team known as team E601.

Although he is labelled as a traitor, this teaching position is a chance for him to repair his damaged reputation, and with the students he has to help, it proves to be more difficult than he originally thought.

9. Negima!

Negima! Follows A 10 year old wizard named Negi Springfield, who teaches at Mahora Academy in Japan, where he has to prepare the 31 school girls of class 3-A to use magic spells and combat the dark forces around them.

This anime is a bit strange because there are actually two versions Negima! and Negima!? The second one is newer, but the first one follows the manga more.

They are both good, and if you’ve seen both versions, you can let us know in the comments which one you think is better.

8. Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

In this student teacher relationship anime we have a look at life through the eyes of Nozomu Itoshiki, a pessimistic, overly dramatic teacher of a high school class, this man will have mental breakdowns over the smallest of
inconveniences.

On top of that, he has to teach a class full of pupils with personalities just as extreme as his. It is
labelled as a comedy because with a character such as Nozumo, is really funny to watch.

7. Demi-chan wa Kataritai

Coming at number 7 we have Demi-chan wa Kataritai. It is also known by its English name of “Interviews with Moster Girls”, and is classified under comedy and fantasy.

In a world where half-human half-monster hybrids are integrated into society and interact with humans, there is a teacher named Tetsuo Takahashi who wants to know more about the so called monsters he teaches.

He sets up interviews to learn more, and hence the name of the anime is just that.

6. Nobunaga Teacher’s Young Bride

This student teacher relationship anime story follows a man by the name of Nobunaga who teaches in a middle school, when suddenly a girl appears before him announcing that she is his wife and says they must have a family.

Only problem is that this girl is a bit young for him, and this whole plot leads to a comedy filled romance story.

First released in April of 2019, this anime has 12 episodes with no announced plans with a second season.

5. Kodomo no Jikan

Next up at number 5, we have Kodomo no Jikan. This anime is basically about a young student trying to seduce and make a relationship with her awkward male teacher.

The teacher does his best to resist her advances, however his student who goes by the name Rin continues her advances.

Originally released in October of 2007, this anime is included in genres like comedy and drama.

4. Why The Hell Are You Here, Teacher?

This student teacher relationship anime is a lot more recent than the previously mentioned anime, being released in April of 2019, it shows us the story from the perspective of a student by the name of Ichirou Satou, who happens to find himself in the most awkward positions with his female teacher.

This is probably one of the more well-known anime in this section, and is only 12 episodes long.

3. Kuzu no Honkai

At number 3 we have Kuzu no Honkai. Also known as Scum’s Wish, this anime is a drama, and if you have seen it, you will definitely agree.

The two anime main characters are a couple, and they seem to have a warm relationship and being a perfect couple, however they both secretly are student in love with other people, and those people happen to be teachers, or a teacher figure.

Being released in January of 2013, this anime has been enjoyed by many fans.

2. Domestic no Kanojo

Known as Domestic Girlfriend in English, we follow the main character Natsuo as he admires his teacher who goes by the name Hina.

After a strange turn of events out of his control, he ends up being a lot closer to Hina, as well as her sister, than anyone could predict.

Released in January of 2019, this anime is classified under genres like romance and drama.

1. Please Teacher

In the number 1 spot, we have Please Teacher. This student teacher relationship anime follows the student Kei Kusanagi, as he falls in love with his teacher who happens to be an alien.

They both keep their relationship a secret until the principal of the school finds out, and the reason that this anime is in the number 1 spot is because they eventually get married.

Also known by its Japanese name Onegai Sensei, this anime was released in January of 2002 and is classified under drama, romance, comedy and sci-fi.
