While Night Raid members are skilled killers, they understand the consequences of taking lives and expect retribution as they eliminate those who oppose the revolution.

Tatsumi, a naïve boy from a remote village, joins this group on a quest to help his impoverished hometown. He is drawn to Night Raid’s ideals and determination. “Akame ga Kill!” follows Tatsumi as he battles the Empire, confronting powerful weapons, enemy assassins, moral challenges, and discovering what it truly means to be an assassin with a cause.
