To be honest, I liked Kiritsugu’s fight scene against Kirei in Fate Zero. I believe that the reason for it was that there was an emotional attachment to the story. As a viewer, it felt more real.
Kiritsugu Emiya has had a grudge against Kirei ever since he was young. He also has a tragic past where his wife died due to her illness and their son disappeared as well. They both have their dark secrets which made them grow apart and they ended up fighting on opposite sides of the battlefield during the Fourth Holy Grail War.
The fight showcases how Kiritsugu was faster than his opponent and more creative and skilled.
In contrast, we see that Kiritsugu’s opponent was caught up in emotions and could not think properly due to them which ultimately lead to his defeat.
Well, Just as Kiritsugu and Kirei are about to give each other the finishing blow, the black ooze slowly leaks out of the grail and spreads over them.

The fight scenes from mob psycho 100 are some of the most memorable fights in the anime. The fights are visually beautiful with no inconsistencies and a lot of creativity. One can understand how art and animation can work together to create something great.
