Namely as a hermit and pervert of stupendous ninja skill, Jiraiya travelled the world in search of knowledge that would help his friends.
Also, He wrote various novels that would be passed on as a knowledge to his godson and final student, Naruto Uzumaki.
Moreover, Jiraiya was an exceptionally talented shinobi, hailed as one of the strongest ninja of his generation and one of the most powerful shinobi in Konoha.

Kisuke Urahara is the former captain of the 12th Division, as well as the founder and 1st President of the S.R.D.I..
His lieutenant was Hiyori Sarugaki.
He lives in the Human World where he owns a small convenience store which sells Shinigami items.
He got the help of his employees Tessai Tsukabishi, Jinta Hanakari, and Ururu Tsumugiya.
Though usually a laid-back, optimistic, jovial, humble and eccentric man, Urahara shows a deceptively cunning and serious side when the situation warrants it.
He commonly uses idle conversation and outward concern to distract his opponents.
Despite his care-free attitude, he always speaks politely, but is sometimes sarcastic.

Hashirama Senju was a member of the famed Senju clan.
He himself was hailed as the “God of Shinobi” for his unmatched ninja prowess.
Hashirama sought peace for the shinobi world, and to that end founded Konohagakure with his clan, his childhood friend and rival: Madara Uchiha and the Uchiha clan.
He would later become the First Hokage of Konohagakure.
Although he was not able to achieve peace during his lifetime, his legacy and vision for the world would continue to shape the village and the entire shinobi world even after his death.

Toshinori Yagi, All Might, is the tritagonist of My Hero Academia.
All Might is the former No. 1 Hero who bore the title of the world’s Symbol of Peace.
He teaches Foundational Hero Studies at U.A. High School.
All Might was the eighth holder of the One For All Quirk after receiving it from Nana Shimura.
He has since passed the torch to Izuku Midoriya, whom he is grooming to be his successor.
After using up all the embers of One for All to defeat All For One, All Might retired and ended his era as the world’s greatest hero.
