The release date of the Unnamed Memory anime, created by ENGI, is scheduled to debut in April 2024. They’ve also unveiled new characters, their cast details, the initial main visual, and the primary PV.
Unnamed Memory is a Japanese light novel series by Kuji Furumiya. It started on the novel posting website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in September 2012 and was later picked up by ASCII Media Works. They published the series, featuring illustrations by Chibi, under their Dengeki no Shin Bungei imprint. The novel consists of six volumes released from January 2019 to April 2021. Additionally, a manga adaptation with illustrations by Naoki Koshimizu began serialization in ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Daioh magazine in September 2020.
The news about this adaptation was revealed for the first time back in December 13, 2022. ENGI is producing it, Kazuya Miura is directing, Deko Akao is writing the scripts, Chika Nōmi is handling character designs, and Akito Matsuda is composing the music.
The characters include Oscar, voiced by Yoshiki Nakajima, Tinasha voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki, Lazar voiced by Shūichirō Umeda, Sylvia voiced by Yūko Natsuyoshi, Meredina voiced by Chinatsu Akasaki, Ara voiced by Takuya Satō, Carve voiced by Kōhei Amasaki, and Nark voiced by Chitose Morinaga.
Unnamed Memory is an anime coming in spring 2024, exploring adventure, fantasy, and romance genres. His wish is for Tinasha to be his wife, as she seems strong enough to survive the curse. However, Tinasha is not enthusiastic about the proposal.
