This romantic comedy school anime revolves around me, Kazuhiko Nukumizu, observing popular girl Anna Yanami facing rejection. Anna claims a childhood promise of marriage, but it was made when we were 4 or 5, so does it really count? This sets the stage for other losing heroines like Remon Yakishio and Chika Komari. A friend tells me there are two types of girls: childhood friends or cheating cats. The mysterious coming-of-age story of losing heroines begins with “Make Heroine”!
Amemori Takibi, the creator, is thrilled as things are getting exciting! The story of Too Many Losing Heroines, also known as McCain, is now turning into an anime. I’m looking forward to seeing the characters come to life in Toyohashi, the town where I grew up. Big thanks to everyone who supported and contributed! Let’s all enjoy McCain’s youth in this anime. Despite facing lots of rejections and shedding many tears, McCain still shines!
