The survey of about 548 experts polled by the Thomson Reuters Foundation has found that War-torn Afghanistan and Syria ranked second and third followed by Somalia and Saudi Arabia. and the United States makes the list as one of the most dangerous countries in the world for women.

The poll released Tuesday is in part a testament to the “Me Too” movement and the rampant sexual harassment and assault it has helped to uncover.
